Can I use the Kind en Gezin payment letter as an invoice?

Hello!

I am a doctor at Kind en Gezin. Every month, when I am paid, they send me a summary of the services I have provided. Here is my name, my company number and my home address (not my business address). If I am correct, this cannot be used as a sales invoice because it does not have an invoice number or the correct address…

However, I am not required to create or send them invoices. Do I still need to create valid invoices for my accounting?
